  • All custom orders are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

4. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices by default listed in your local currency in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), as applicable.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • We may discontinue a product at any time without liability.

5. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party Payment Gateway platforms 
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location.
  • The Manor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged.
  • If you believe you received a damaged product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@themanor.ae
